Villa Caterina is a micro-winery operating in the Geelong region producing annually between 250 and 300 cases of hand-crafted cool climate wines made using the most traditional methods with minimum intervention or additions.
What we are most proud of is owning the only available laboratory in the region that can provide valuable services to winemakers, from large scale producers to amateur enthusiasts: we pride ourselves on providing free advice when required, imparting recommendations on achieving the best outcomes for their products.
