Established in 1997 in the rich limestone soil of Waurn Ponds Nicol's Paddock is a perfect afternoons escape, only moments from town.
Situated in the rolling hills beside the ring road, an easy drive from Melbourne or the Surf Coast, Nicol’s Paddock is Family owned and operated with boutique, low intervention winery.
On site too, is our wonderful little Restaurant which overlooks the vineyard. We focus on a shared style of dining using wonderfully sourced, seasonal & local produce.
