Brewed onsite at local five star winery, Leura Park Estate, in the heart of the stunning Bellarine Peninsula, the Flying Brick range comprises three ciders – Original, Draught and Pear.
All Flying Brick ciders are:
- naturally brewed using traditional methods.
- made from 100% fresh fruit
- free from added sugars, colours or concentrates
Lots of ciders on the market are made from fruit concentrate – often imported. The Flying Brick range is literally the result of gathering, pressing and fermenting fresh, crispy Victorian apples and succulent Packham Pears.
The name?
The Flying Brick name and logo was derived from the yellow tailed black cockatoo, an awesome bird down here on the Bellarine Peninsula – whose local nick name is ‘Flying Brick’ – somehow, they defy the odds and can actually fly! There is something very special about these birds – they have real spunk and are loved by most for their happy, playful and seemingly ‘naughty’ appearance and disposition.
