Baie Wines is a winery whose hallmark is the people behind the meticulously handcrafted wine – where each and every person plays an integral role in the careful creation of the end product. Baie Wines was named after our family’s farming property Baie Park and also represents the stunning water influence that epitomizes Baie Wines. The property has been in the family for over 30 years and the 15 year old vines are grown on north facing slopes bound only by the shores of Port Phillip Bay. The mist of the sea traveling through the vineyard combined with rich alluvial loam soils deliver soft, elegant and consistent wines.
