Moorabool EstateMoorabool Estate, home of the Paradise IV label has the distinction of being one of Victoria's original vineyards. Just minutes from Geelong, the original vineyard, Paradise, was planted by Swiss Vigneron Jean Henri Dardel in 1848. This magical piece of the Moorabool Valley was chosen for its unique terroir, proximity to the Moorabool River, the north easterly aspect and well draining slopes. History surrounds the area with bluestone ruins of vineyards past. The vineyard was re-established as Moorabool Estate in 1988 by Graham and Ruth Bonney. In 2005 the Bonneys formed a partnership with Doug Neal to produce beautifully balanced ultra premium wines of distinction under the Paradise IV label.
