Bellbrae Estate is fortunate to be situated right in the heart of one of the world’s most magnificent stretches of coastline: Victoria’s Surf Coast, and like those pioneers of the waves from the 1950s through – those people that lived their lives in order to get back to ‘their’ breaks – here at Bellbrae Estate we want to remind you of what life is truly about.  Enjoyment.  Finding something you love.  Dreaming.
That is why we have named our Bellbrae Estate wines – handcrafted and made from predominantly estate-grown fruit, this is our dream realised– after our local surf breaks.  Cheeky though some of those names are, they locate our wines firmly within their regional context, and it is this region that we celebrate with our wines.
Our New Release wines are a standout: extraordinary examples of cool climate wines, our ‘Bird Rock’ Pinot Noir and our ‘Bells’ Syrah burst with berry characteristics.  The Pinot Noir exemplifies the fine tannin balance and characteristic flavours of this cool climate-preferring grape and the Syrah ripples across the palate in a delicate dance of flavours and aromas delighting all who try. Our ‘Boobs’ Chardonnay, named after legendary 60s surfer Boobs Johnson, was recently awarded 4.5 stars by WineState and is virtually flying out the door.
Our Longboard Range is inspired by the image of China enjoying a lazy ride in after the swell: there to help you unwind after work; to enjoy over dinner at home or with friends.  Long in flavour and impact, each of the varieties on offer in this range is a finely crafted example of its type that is priced for every day.
Elegant, contemporary wines made from estate and select Geelong region fruit our ranges include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Moscato, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Sparkling Shiraz Pinot Noir and a Fortified Cabernet Shiraz.
