For the month of June, Shadowfax's signature wood fired oven will be in overdrive, presenting a superb dish of slow roasted lamb shoulder, chargrilled zucchini and potato gratin with a red wine jus. Served with a glass of Shadowfax's latest release of its 2010 Shiraz, overlooking the vines, there's no better way to spend a leisurely afternoon. Available Wednesday to Sunday.
